Japanese street food " Okonomi-yaki" is one of the signature dishes in Kansai region where I grew up with. Okonomi-yaki is related to so many my childhood memories and one of my comfort food that I recreate to my family here in the UK.
If you want to learn how to make it, do not just ask a random Japanese, ask Kansai-jin( people who are born in Kansai area).We take a pride in making the real Okonomi-yaki!!

In the lesson, you are going to make one Okonomi-yaki. You are also going to learn how to make chicken and beansprouts namul style salad, and Asian chicken soup. That would be one whole set of a meal idea with a time schedule. That makes easier for you to recreate "Japanese meal day" at home.

You will have your own creation for lunch. You will take the rest home with recipe. One of the key ingredients will be given as a gift to take home.
