"Kizuna Kitchen" is a community where food lovers like you and me could come together to explore the beauty of Japanese cooking. It is the place where I could give you clear guidance of Japanese cooking step by step.
You will soon gain confidence using mirin, cooking sake, soy sauce and all sorts of Japanese ingredients which once made you overwhelmed by pronouncing them and using them.
It isn't just about learning recipes; it's about sharing a journey of discovery—a journey that nourishes not only our bodies but also our souls. It's about sharing the joy of experience and the thrill of mastering new skills. It's about finding connections with like-minded people.
(By the way, “Kizuna” means bounds or connections in Japanese)
