Lessons/Courses
To attend a lesson, attendee has to be age of 12 years old or older. Under 16 years old has to be accompanied with a paying adult. A full payment will secure the booking. Once the lesson or course is booked, there is no refund. However, you may postpone the date with two weeks’ notice, or you may transfer the name of the participant.
Postponement of a confirmed booking
At any time no later than two weeks before the date of a lesson/course, it may be possible to postpone a confirmed booking.
There is no re-scheduling fee, if the new date is mutually agreed to set within 2 months of the original date of booking. There is no refund once booking is confirmed.
Cancelling a confirmed booking
We do not offer cancellations or refunds but you can rebook, if you give us enough notice. We will need more than two week’s notice, if you can not make the date you have booked for and you can rebook for another date free of charge (rebooking allowed only once).
If you want to rebook within two weeks of the lesson, an administration fee will be charged between 10% – 50% depending on notice period. Please note if you give less than 48 hours notice, no rebooking or refund will be provided (you will need to find a replacement).
If a lesson/course is cancelled due to any circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. adverse weather conditions, travel disruption) we will try to agree with you a suitable date to reschedule the lesson/course. If a suitable date cannot be agreed, we reserve the right to charge a portion of the full price or to hold back any advance payment to cover costs incurred.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers will be sent via email as soon as the payment is confirmed. The gift voucher can be used for any scheduled lessons. Vouchers are valid for 12 months. All gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
