<Steamed pork buns>

Walking around Japan in winter, you come across many convenience stores where you can buy the steamed buns. The steams feel so welcoming and without noticing, you are ordering a steamed bun. It is the perfect fast food to make you feel warm.

You are going to make 2 steamed pork buns and  learn how to make the filling from scratch as well. Your own freshly made steamed bun will be served with two other Japanese dishes ; Pork mince & vermicelli spicy soup, and French beans Goma-ae, which you are also going to learn and cook.

That would be one whole set of a meal idea with a time schedule. That makes easier for you to recreate "Japanese meal day" at home.

You will have your own creation for lunch. You will take the rest home with recipe.
