Gyoza are dumplings stuffed with pork mince and vegetables. It is a very poplar dish in Japan, even there are Gyoza speciality restaurants all over Japan. Gyoza can be boiled, deep-fried or pan-fried and at the lesson, you are going to make the one with pan-fried.
At the lesson, you are going to make gyoza skins from scratch and make the filling. You will learn how to shape them.
Vegetarian option is available. Please mention at the booking.
Lunch will be served with your own made gyoza, Tamago-yaki, rice and some side dish.
